Pumpkin Games

#1 – The Great JA-Karen (JACKIE + KAREN)

5 Rounds For Time (20 Minute Cap)

200m row
10 Thrusters (45#)
6 Pull-ups
30 Wall Balls (20#/14#)

Details:

–  ONE athlete may work at a time

–  Movements may be ‘handed off’ to a new athlete at ANY point as long as all tasks are

competed in order… IE: P1 can complete 15 wall balls, then tag P2 to complete the

remaining 15 wall balls

–  Rotate in athletes as you wish

–  All nonworking athletes must stay in bullpen while one athlete works

–  A high five must happen across the bullpen line, between handing off movements

–  There MUST be an athlete change between EACH new movement… IE: P1 cannot

go from 200m row straight into 10 thrusters.

WOD #2 – Fall Harvest Ladder (Clean and Snatch)
For combined team total – Max Male/Female Snatch + Max Male/Female Clean

Details:

–  Both power and squat snatch/clean will be accepted

–  Ladder begins at 95# for men and #65 for women

–  Designate 1 male and 1 female to Clean for your team and 1 male and 1 female to

Snatch for your team

–  Only ONE female/male athlete can clean and only ONE female/male athlete can

snatch… No switching jobs mid-ladder

–  Teams will work through ladder together, with one judge, and one person lifting at a

time!

–  Teams will first complete the Snatch ladder, and then the Clean ladder.

–  Teams will have 45 total seconds for both athletes to complete their lift, and 15

seconds to advance to the next weight. If one athlete fails to advance, the remaining athlete continues and may use the entire 45 seconds for his or her own lift. Athletes may not touch the bar until the 45 second clock begins. Only lifts begun and completed during the 45 second lifting period will count.

–  Score for each athlete is the heaviest successful lift. (i.e., if an athlete Cleans 135# and fails at 145#, score is 135#

Team Floater – Don’t Smash Your Pumpkin

3 min AMRAP

150m Large Tire Flip as a team (75m down/back) AMRAP – Tire Box Jumps

Details:

–  In guy/girl pairs, take turns flipping the tire 75m down and 75m back

–  You may rotate athletes as often as you like, as long as one guy and one girl are

always flipping together at the same time.

–  Once tire crosses finish line (time will be recorded here in case of a tie!) teams will

take individual turns box jumping on the tire and rotating however they please

–  Non-working athletes will wait in bullpen’ to be tagged in for their turn to jump

–  Only ONE athlete may jump at a time

–  Teams must hold a large pumpkin during the ENTIRE WOD

–  Pumpkin can NEVER touch the ground and must be CARRIED in hands or

balanced on shoulder for the duration of the WOD

–  If the pumpkin touches the ground, all team members must perform 15 burpees on the

spot before resuming work.

–  If you actually smash your pumpkin your team must run a 400m immediately and buy

a new pumpkin for us by the end of the day
