Please help me Congratulate Adam Bradshaw on his completion of the CFS 8 Week Nutrition Program with Tayler! 

 

“Changing your eating habits is a hard thing to do. First you are not sure what you can eat that is good for your body and how it will help you lose weight. Having a coach is a way to get educated and change your mind set about nutrition. Tayler really helped educate me on good and bad nutrition choices as well as introduce me to different vegetable that had previously been foreign to me . I kept a daily nutrition log and I would email it to Tayler for feedback, she would then let me know what I was doing well at and also give me feedback on ways I could improve. This helped keep me on track to reach my goal.

About half way through Adam’s 8 weeks I got a txt from him that reaffirmed why I love doing what I do…. 

Adam: “Check out my shopping cart. It used to have soda and chips…”

 

Adam did a great job changing his lifestyle and nutrition habits over his 8 week transformation. I really enjoyed working with him and seeing him progress. He was motivated to make a change and all he need was a little guidance and push to get him on the right track. I know Adam will continue on with his new nutrition habits now that his 8 weeks is over. Please congratulate Adam when you see him in class!! Awesome job Adam!!!! You did so great.
