“Changing your eating habits is a hard thing to do. First you are not sure what you can eat that is good for your body and how it will help you lose weight. Having a coach is a way to get educated and change your mind set about nutrition. Tayler really helped educate me on good and bad nutrition choices as well as introduce me to different vegetables that had previously been foreign to me . I kept a daily nutrition log and I would email it to Tayler for feedback, she would then let me know what I was doing well at and also give me feedback on ways I could improve. This helped keep me on track to reach my goal.
