		<description>I was so whipped from Mon/Tues/Wed WODs, that I had no energy on Wednesday morning.   I could hardly walk up the stairs at work.  So I fixed the problem with a doughnut.  Sorry to admit that the little baked ball of fat and sugar brought me back to life!</description>
