Crossover Symmetry

Crossover Symmetry is a rotator cuff and scapular strengthening system engineered to enhance shoulder health and performance.

Do it before or after class! This  practical, efficient system takes the guesswork out of shoulder care and takes less than 5 minutes to complete.

 

INJURY PREVENTION

  • Activate the essential shoulder foundation muscles prior to activity
  • Optimize the mechanical position and movement of the shoulder complex.
  • Prevent/Cure mild shoulder impingement through Scap-Cuff Activation
  • Increase the tensile strength of the rotator cuff tendons

We currently have 5  Crossover units.
