Elements Class this Saturday @ 10am

Why is the Elements required?
For two reasons:
  1. For your Safety – You will learn, in great detail, all of the movements performed in a CrossFit Workout.
  2. No One is Left Behind – After completing the Elements program you will be able to jump in a program and feel confident in the skills you have learned.
It is our experience that new entrants into our CrossFit program- regardless of fitness level, require a great deal of attention and coaching to become comfortable with the CrossFit movements & philosophies. It is very difficult for our trainers to coach fast paced group workouts and provide full attention to new folks at the same time. Coming into an all levels CrossFit class unprepared could be a recipe for injury, frustration, misunderstood concepts, or a combination of all.
Our CrossFit Elements Workshop takes place at CrossFit Stapleton with Saturday morning times now being offered. A new Elements program starts at the beginning of each month. We limit the size of our Elements program to 6-8 enrollees to give you the personal attention required for learning these movements quickly. Sessions fill quickly.
Once you have completed the CrossFit Elements and show proficiancy in the basic movements you will be eligable for continuing CrossFit classes. It’s ok if you still need a little work once you’ve finished your OnRamp class. We continue to work on skills no matter what level you are.
The CrossFit Elements Program is only $100.00. (That’s less than $17.00/class compared to $65+ for
personal training)
