A2) Bent over BB OR KB Row @ 20X2; 6-8 x 4 sets; Rest 2-3 (increase load)



Every minute on the minute for max rounds

1 x Shoulder to Overhead (95#/65#) Press OR P.Press OR P. Jerk

5 x Pull-ups **Scale accordingly***

Add 1 rep to Shoulder/Overhead movement each successive minute, continue until failure.

Powell Raises @ 30X0; 8-10 reps x 3 sets
