PLEASE WRITE YOUR 1 RM ON THE BOARD!!!! WE ARE TRYING TO CREATE A BASELINE FOR FUTURE GROWTH MEASUREMENT AND A FOUNDATION FOR BASED PERCENTAGES ON FUTURE WODS!!!!

We drilled the clean really hard today. From the set up …to the bottom of the pockets…..to the mid thigh…..to the high hang. I think it paid off as we saw our crew have patience coming out of the dead lift set up, create momentum in the second pull, and commit to ripping under the bar (except Heather) ha ha.

Great work as we get stronger each week in our commitment to CrossFit.
