CROSSFIT CLASSES:
Performance-
A. Four sets of:
Single-Arm Dumbbell Press (standing) x 4-6 reps each arm
Rest 90 seconds
Romanian Deadlift x 6-8 reps @ 30X1
Rest 90 seconds
B. Partners alternate whole rounds to complete as many rounds and reps as
possible in 15 minutes of:
3 Dumbbell Man-Makers
6 Burpee Pull-Ups
9 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

Fitness-
A. Four sets of:

5 Burpees
5 Ring Rows
5 Box Jumps (24″/20″)

possible in 25 minutes of:
9 Burpee Pull-ups
6 Ball Slams (heavy)
3 TALL Box Jumps (30/24”)
