SNOWBALL GAMES FLOATER RELEASE

“Santa’s Got a Brand New Bag” – For Time. 

You have already passed through the 7 Levels of the Candy Cane Forest, NOW it is time to conquer a team obstacle course through The Sea of Swirly Twirly Gum Drops, The field of Jumbo Wreaths, and The Lincoln Tunnel.  

This WOD is for time. We will have the course set for your viewing pleasure first thing Saturday morning and we will run through a detailed WOD description at our Athlete Briefing (8AM). 

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. In teams of two, with only one teammate working at any time, complete three sets for max reps of:

3 Minutes of Assault Bike

Rest 2 Minutes

3 Minutes of Burpees

Rest 2 Minutes

3 Minutes of Jumping Lunges (or Alternating Reverse Lunges)

Rest 2 Minutes
