A. Snatch Pull x 1 + Hang Power Snatch x 1 + OHS x 1

Build complex for 12mins

 

B. Clean and Jerk- Build to a tough single

 

10 Minute Time Cap to Complete:  

10 Squat Clean 95/65#
10 Burpees
10 Squat Clean 115/85#
10 Burpees
10 Squat Clean 135/105#
10 Burpees
10 Squat Clean 155/125#
