B1. Floor Press; 8, 8, 8 (Get as heavy as possible) 

  • Rest :60 

B2. Clapping Pushups 3×10 

*Rest as needed between sets 


EMOM- 12mins

   Odd – :20 max pull-ups

   Even – :30 hollow rocks
