HOW TO WATCH THE 2016 REEBOK CROSSFIT GAMES

The tenth year of the CrossFit Games will take place July 19-24, 2016, at the StubHub Center in Carson, California.

The 2016 Games will be streamed online to YouTube and WatchESPN, and 10 hours of competition will be broadcast to ESPN networks.

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

From 2013 CF Games – ‘The Cinco 1 & 2’

Performance-

A. For time- Three rounds of:
5 Deadlifts (225/155)
5 weighted pistols – right leg (35/20)
5 weighted pistols – left leg (35/20)
Immediately Followed by (after 3 rounds were completed)-
50’ Handstand walk (or accumulate :90 in HS hold)

B. Three rounds of:

5 Muscle-ups (or 5 rounds of 3+3 Pull-ups/Dip)

5 Deficit handstand push-ups

Followed by-

90’ Overhead walking lunge w/ plate (45/25)

A. For time- Three rounds of:
5 KB SDHP
10 Goblet Squats
Immediately Followed by (after 3 rounds were completed)-
2 minute high plank

B. Three rounds of:

10 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

5 Deficit handstand push-ups

Followed by-

90’ Overhead walking lunge w/ plate (45/25)

10 KB Deadlidts
10 Goblet Squats
Immediately Followed by (after 3 rounds were completed)-

Immediately Followed by (after 3 rounds were completed)-
