Keep track of all of your workouts, strength numbers, PR’s and benchmarks using CF Whiteboard (online journal). We now have a Mac in the gym for you to post your information after each workout. If you are new or you have been with us for awhile, create your account and enjoy the benefits of an online journal. We have some testing and benchmark WOD’s coming up soon, so this is a great time to start tracking your workouts. CFS coaches will need your input to help move you towards your goals.
Also, your roster coach will be checking in with you regularly to measure your progress and discuss your goals.
