As we quickly approach our 6 month mark under new ownership, we (The CFS Staff) wanted to send out a big Thank You to everyone in the CFS Family. Change is hard, and we wanted to let you know how appreciative we are for your help in making the transition as seamless as possible. It has been a fun ride so far – and we are SO excited to see where we will be as a gym in another 6 months!
In an effort to keep improving our facility, coaching, offerings, etc. – We ask that you take a few minutes to complete the following (Anonymous) ‘Athlete Satisfaction’ survey.
Thanks in advance, for taking the time to complete this survey.
Your feedback is much appreciated and will be put to good use!!!
Enjoy Fran today…
Monday in circle up the question was asked what was the longest nap you’ve ever taken. I had an answer of course, but it required explanation. I took a 24 hour nap in October 2000. As a sophomore at DU, I was under a lot of academic pressure. My roommate swore it was mono. But it wasn’t studentitis that had me down. After a few doctors visits they told me I had Lupus. Aha!!!! So what does that mean for me? Well it means taking good care of myself, take pills, stay out of the sun and have as much fun as possible. I realize how blessed I am to move as much as I do and as long as my body allows, I’ll keep showing up at CFS to crush or be crushed. You know what I’m sayin!?!
