WELCOME TO THE CREW JENNIFER THE PT! 

We are BEYOND excited to announce an exciting addition to our amazing current staff. 

Jenn Garrison, PT, DPT is now providing physical therapy and body work AT CrossFit Stapleton! 

Jenn has been a PT for 14 years, she is a Level 1 CrossFit trainer, and has 6 years of experience as a CrossFit athlete and working with both CrossFit and weight lifting athletes.  She has worked with athletes from the Denver Broncos, Colorado Rockies, US Ski Team, and several professional cyclists and winter athletes.

Aside from all of the athletics, Jenn also specializes in back and neck pain, headaches, TMJ and jaw dysfunction, and general orthopedic injuries.  Stop and talk to her about any sprains or strains you have, painful movement, or questions about safe movement and safely progressing activity.

Her services include:

Manual therapy

Spinal manipulation (adjustment)

Dry needling

Massage and soft tissue work

Movement analysis

Exercise or movement progression

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. “Fran Sandwich” – For time:
1000 Meter Row
Immediately followed by…

Rounds of 21, 15 and 9 reps of:
Thrusters (95/65 lbs)
Pull-Ups

Immediately followed by…
800 Meter Run

B. Two sets of:
Bulgarian Split Squat x 20 reps @ 1010
(perform 20 reps at a metronomic tempo – don’t pause at the top or bottom, just constant movement; you can use a front or back-racked barbell or dumbbells held at your sides for these, choose what you prefer and load it appropriately)
Rest 60 seconds between legs, and 2-3 minutes between sets
