A. In teams of two, partners alternate rounds to complete five sets each of:
500 Meter Row
10 Dumbbell Man-Makers
Man-Makers = Row left, Push-Up, Row right, Power Clean, Push Press
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
A. 5 Sets EACH w/ Buddy:
15 Burpee Pull-ups
B. For Time w/ Buddy:
100 Med-Ball Sit-ups
P2 – Planks
– WORK can ONLY be done when/if someone is planking !!!
