Bootcamp RX Announcement!
Starting THIS Sunday 6/7/15 our Sunday 8:30am BootcampRX Class will be moving to Central Park!
This is a seasonal class that many of you know and love!! If you have never been to one of our outdoor bootcamps before, you are in for a real treat!!
We meet up at the soccer fields… This is a FREE class so please bring your friends and family to check it out! This class will be replacing our indoor 8:30am BootcampRX class (weather permitting), so please do not show up at the gym on Sundays.

We all have charity causes that we believe in. The Do More Charity Challenge allows you to choose the cause that YOU believe in and want to compete on behalf of. And if you do well, earn money for their cause.
It is a 6 person, two-day event that is going to be a lot of fun. Please see below for the details and if you have any questions, send an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Do More Charity Challenge is the only event in the CrossFit world where you can earn money for your charity of choice with your athletic performance. We are raising $100,000 in sponsorship dollars for the prize purse. (As of May 31st, we are currently over 75% of the way there.) We will be awarding that $100k to the top 10 teams Charity of Choice.
A. Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes (6 sets):
Row 500 Meters
5 Thrusters (115/75 lbs)
10 Burpees Over the Barbell
B. Five sets of:
45 seconds of Front-Leaning Rest on Rings
Rest 15 seconds
45 seconds of Face-Up Chinese Planks
Rest 75 seconds
500m Row or Run (711 and back from Bootcamp door)
20 Ball Slams (30/20)
20 DB Thrusters (30/20)
10 Renegade Rows (30/20)
:30 Second Plank
