Athlete Camp

Come join us for CrossFit Stapleton’s Athlete Camp starting Sunday, May 18th at 7:30am

Consider this our Competitor class with a redesign. We are excited to work exclusively with our athletes while we test a new format for our Comp class. Through intricate design and planning of the camp, CFS aims to provide smart tests that permit training and testing in the same environment. 

The first session is 4 weeks and the cost is $99 per athlete. Space is limited, so register now!

Memorial Weekend Schedule

Class schedule will no changes on Saturday and Sunday and we will have two CrossFit classes on Monday at 6am and 9:30am.  Please sign up on Zen Planner so we can make sure we have enough Coaches on hand for both classes. 

Tayler’s Graduation Party

Details: Saturday, May 24th at 6pm at Kim Ezrine’s house

We are so excited to celebrate Tayler’s huge milestone. Come enjoy food and drinks and help us celebrate Tayler’s hard work and success. Adults only please – RSVP here.

Nutrition – Food Prep with Tayler

Chef Tayler has 2 openings for her Meal Prep program or her 8 week Nutrition Coaching program starting in June. 

Her Meal Prep program is $300 per month and includes: 

  • Weekly shopping lists (organized by produce/protein/dry foods) 
  • Weekly 90 minute guided prep (5 meals that feed 4) and culinary coaching session with Tayler 
  • Custom tailored weekly menus (depending on allergies, etc.) 
The 8 week Nutrition Coaching program is $450/month and you can find a detailed outline of the program on our Nutrition Coaching page.If you are interested in signing up for either program, please fill out the form on the Nutrition Coaching page and Tayler will follow up with you.
