May Challenge – ALMOST DONE! 

We have almost made it!

We will announce details for our pool party/happy hour on TOMORROWS blog post- we are waiting on a weather report so we can decide if the pool is a going to be doable.

Happy Hour/Party will be Midday Monday (after Murph!)

We will crown our overall female and male winner (most points!) here

Please join us THIS Saturday (tomorrow) for our 9AM Family WOD.

Bring your kiddos and come WOD right alongside them!!!

To celebrate the launch of our kids program and to ALSO celebrate the end of our May Challenge we are partnering up with Ivivva (Lulu for kids!!) this weekend (and for future events) to bring a Trunk Show right to CFS. 

This Trunk Show will be from 9-11AM and will also include a fun little raffle for the kiddos! 

Please swing on by this Saturday to WOD, grab a raffle ticket and buy some new swag.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Three sets of:
Bench Press x 6-8 reps @ 20X0
Rest 15-20 seconds
Dynamic Push-Ups x 10-12 reps @ 10X0

B. Against a 4-minute running clock, with 3-minutes rest between sets, complete four sets of the following for max reps of pull-ups:
Row 500 Meters
30 Kettlebell Swings
Max Reps of Pull-Ups

C. May Challenge – Core Cash out!!

Fitness-

A. Three sets of:
Floor Press x 8 reps @ 20X0
Rest 15-20 seconds
Toe Push-Ups x 7-10 (PERFECT – singles if necessary)

B. Against a 4-minute running clock, with 3-minutes rest between sets, complete four sets of the following for max reps of pull-ups:
Row 500 Meters
15-20 Kettlebell Swings (unbroken/overhead/light!)
x5-8 Jumping Negative Pull-ups

C. May Challenge – Core Cash out!!

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Against a 5-minute running clock, with 3-minutes rest between sets, complete four sets of the following for max reps of pull-ups:
Run 600 Meters (big loop)
15 Wall Ball Shots
15 Pull-ups

B. May Challenge – Core Cash out!!
