ANNOUNCEMENT!!

We are SO excited to announce that CrossFit Stapleton is taking the Kids Training program over for Project Rise Fitness starting Tuesday May 9th (YES – This Tuesday!). Although this is short notice (this program transfer process began just a week ago!) we cannot wait for these kids to join our Stapleton family and for us to be able to offer you all an awesome Kids Training Program right here at CFS.

Wendy Cook is coming over with the kids and has been hired on as our new Kids Training Department Head! We cannot be more fortunate to have her join our team here at CFS. Wendy has been working with the kids training program at Rise for quite some time now and has really built an incredible program!!

Wendy’s Athletic Bio –

CF Level 1 Certificate

Full Scholarship Athlete (Softball)

1st Team All American Shortstop 2 years

15 years High level Rugby Player

6 Years Western Territorial Rugby Team

1 year USA Rugby National Team

7 Years Div 1 Rugby Coach

3 Years Youth Rugby Coach

and all around awesome person!

CFS has been in the process of developing our own kids program as well (that was set to launch in September – but the absorption of this kids program has sped up our launch date!) and we are excited to welcome Rob Mathes, Greg Sand, David Kim and Dave Rosenberg to the Kids Training Department as well.

Schedule:

Tuesday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Wednesday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Thursday – 4:45PM-5:30PM (BootcampRX room)

Saturday – (FAMILY FRIENDLY WOD) 9AM (Main Gym Area)
