CFS Food Drive Competition Continues!! Keep It Up!!

Total poundage contest between AMs (5/6/9:30am) & PMs (Noon/5/6/7PM) & Bootcampers
 And Total Poundage as a Gym!
ALL PROCEEDS WILL BE DONATED TO THE MCAULIFFE MIDDLE SCHOOL FOOD PANTRY!!  So, please, grab a few extra items when you are at the grocery store and help us feed some families in need in our community!  Thanks in advance for your generosity!

Thanksgiving Schedule Changes- Plan Ahead!

Thanksgiving Day (friends and family WOD- FREE DAY!) – 7 & 8 AM ONLY 
Friday 11/25 – 6AM and 9:30AM Only 
Saturday 11/26 we will be back to our normal schedule! 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Take 20 minutes to build to a new 1-RM Front Squat

B. “Sage at 20

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

20 Thrusters (135/95 lbs)

20 Pull-Ups

20 Burpees Over the Barbell

*Looking for inspiration? Some of the best athletes in the world have completed 6

rounds of this!

5×5 Light Front Squats

– Rest 2-3 minutes between sets!

B. “Sage at 20

Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:

20 Thrusters

20 Ring Rows

20 Burpees
