A) Squat Clean Cluster 1.1.1.1.1 x 5; rest 2:30 min b/t sets- 10 sec b/t reps  -Demo Video 

Start at 60% 1 RM and add 5% each set.

rest 4 minutes

 

 

B) 4 sets:

25 unbroken wall balls  20/14#

rest 20 sec

20 unbroken chin ups

rest 3 min

 

 

rest 4 min before starting part C.

 

C) For Time:

75 ABMAT Sit Ups with hands on temples (anchored)
