Stapleton Cup Competition details

– Saturday, November 15, 2014 –

Judges will need to be at CFS at 7:15am (11/15/14)

The coffee truck will be ready to serve at 7:30am and we will provide coffee to all judges

Announcements and kick-off starts at 7:45am

First heat starts at 8:15am

The last heats starts at 2pm

Awards are at 2:45pm

After party starts at 3pm

There are 2 WODs, 1 floater WOD and a finale WOD for the top 5 men and women.
We are having a mandatory judges meeting the Thursday before the comp, November 13th at 7:15pm.  We will go over all of the movement standards and WODs, how to score/what to look for, etc.  The meeting should last about 1 hour.  Please email asap if you cannot make the meeting.

Specialty Seminar (Kids Meals/Snacks)



This month’s Specialty Seminar will be on: Kids meals and snacks!

This is a much discussed topic at the gym.

Learn about how to easily pack NUTRIENT dense and HEALTHY lunches and snacks for your kids.

Tay will provide you all with information on what your kids need nutritionally and offer you insight on how to successfully pack delicious meals that your kids will actually enjoy eating.

You will also get to take home recipe printouts and info sheets to utilize at home… You don’t want to miss this one!

Come ready with questions and hungry to try out a few of the recipes Tayler will be sampling!

Partner WOD:
2000 M row ( switch every 200)
50 Burpees
200 Meter OH lunge ( 25/35 Overhead) switch every 10
200 Jump Ropes (split up evenly)
50 Ab Mat sit ups
50 Air Squats
2000 M Row ( switch every 200)
