Learn about the basics of nutrition and its impacts on performance and recovery.
The Intro to Nutrition 101 class will be FREE to all current members and will be run on a recurring month to month basis (The first Saturday of each month). This course is designed to inform our athletes on the basics of nutrition and get you off and running on the right foot to a happy and healthy lifestyle.In this course we will discuss how nutrition affects our performance and recovery, how to structure your meals and snacks properly, tips on crushing your next grocery shopping trip (sample grocery list handouts will be provided) and much more!
You will receive one FREE food log handout and an explanation on how Tayler will be reviewing them for you (A $20 value!).

This month’s Specialty Seminar will be on: Kids meals and snacks!
This is a much discussed topic at the gym.
What do I pack my kids for lunch?
What are some healthy snack options that are easy to pack?
How can I get my kids involved in the kitchen more often?
All of the above questions and more will be answered at this specialty class.
Tayler will provide you all with recipes for kid friendly snacks and lunch options.
Come ready with questions and hungry to try out a few of the recipes Tayler will be sampling!

Sushi Night Menu
Traditional Miso Soup
A wide variety of sushi rolls
Sushi Rolls to include:
Sweet Potato Tempura Roll
…And many other creations!
Banana Tempura and Green Tea Ice Cream
Each couple will be responsible for making a few rolls then we will cut them into individual pieces and share all of the different rolls together!
We will have multiple types of sushi grade fish, veggies, and condiments for you to utilize so you can custom design your own specialty rolls!
You will learn how to make perfect sushi rice, how to properly slice fish and veggies for sushi, and most importantly you will learn the skill of sushi rolling (not an easy task!).
This is be a very hands on and fun event, be sure to come hungry and ready to learn!
