We gotta come together FAST CFS… As you know we have two teams competing in the comp at FRCF this weekend!

A huge component to this competition is fundraising for our charities of choice….

Tomorrow ALL day we will have two donation buckets (one for each team) out !!

Both of our teams are competing in the Do More Charity Challenge this Saturday & Sunday…

This is a MASSIVE charity event comprised of many many athlete all competing on behalf of their chosen charity.

Team Red (Rich, Corbett, Terry, Jenn H, Kay, Anne) are competing on behalf of Camp Comfort 

Team Black (Todd, Steve, Owen, Tay, Kim, Jenn J) are competing on behalf of The Tuberous Sclerosis Alliance

Please bring some cash or a check to donate to these two amazing causes!




This is a barbell club that will meet twice a week to lift some heavy weights and learn new accessory movements pertaining to lifting and gymnastic, lead by Emilio!

We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30pm! This class will be 60-90 minutes… We will be following Hot Dogs & Cupcakes Strength Programming.

Unlimited members get access to this program for no extra charge, 3x/week members can add this bonus class on for an addition $20/mo charge.

We will also be inviting non-CFS members to join this class for a $75/mo charge.
