Olympic Lifting Camp

Spend 6 weeks in Olympic Lifting Camp at CrossFit Stapleton with CrossFit Coach Greg Sand and Tayler Upton learning, studying and practicing the Olympic lifts. The Snatch and Clean and Jerk bring speed, power, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance to your strength training. These lifts are indispensable to CrossFit programming and expert coaching is a powerful advantage.

Our goal is to provide a hands on environment in which each athlete expands their foundation in the technical aspects of both the Snatch and Clean and Jerk, develops a deeper appreciation and understanding of the Olympic movements, and improves technique and movement efficiency.  Sign up today!

In our 6-week/14 hour camp, CFS will offer:

  • Individual and group feedback
  • Elite performance video review
  • Personal video review and critique,
  • Hands on coaching
  • Technical drilling

6 WEEK SCHEDULE

Week 1: Thursday, November 7 – 1.5 hour class: technique & training

Week 2: Thursday, November 14 – 1.5 hour class: technique & training

Week 3: Thursday, November 21 – 1.5 hour class: technique & training

Week 4: Thursday, December 5 –  1.5 hour class: technique & training

Week 5: Thursday, December 12 – 1.5 hour class: technique & training

Week 6: Thursday, December 19 – 1.5 hour class: technique & training

PLUS:

Added bonus training day: Saturday, November 23 – 2 hour class: review, technique, & training

Added bonus training day: Saturday, December 21 – 2 hour class: review, technique, & training

Fee:  $175 : 6 weeks with 14 training hours

25 Box Jumps 24”/20”

AMRAP MU’s Time remaining (sub is Rope Climbs) OR (3 ring/bar dips/3 Pull ups)
