Front Squat + Push Press = THRUSTER

One of the hallmark movements of CrossFit is the thruster.  It is a full body assault that demands strong squat principles, successful balance and quality control of the bar in moving weight from below the shoulders to over the head.  When done properly, this compound movement taxes lower body muscles, demands upper body control and pushes metabolic conditioning.
