Have you ever wondered what KStar’s first ever Mobility WOD Video was?

Challenge yourself to accumulate 10-12 minutes in the squat position KStar explains in the video above…


A1. Build to a 1RM snatch in 15mins


A2. Take 75% of B and complete 20 snatches for time perfect form


WOD- EMOM for 10mins

Even – 30-40sec Hand stand holds against wall or free standing

Odd – AMRAP Dips for 30-40 sec OR MUx 1-3 or progressions



Tabata Hand-Release Push-Ups (x8)
