A) Front Squat 3@70%, 3@80%, 3@85% , AMRAP@90%; Rest 3:00 b/t sets
B1) Thrusters AMRAP in 30 seconds 95#/65# x 4; rest 1:30 min
B2) C2B chin ups; AMRAP in 30 seconds x 4; rest 1:30 min
then
