Welcome to the NEW Monthly CFS Newsletter 

On the FIRST Monday of each new month we will be distributing (through email and the blog) an informative and fun newsletter for our athletes. 

We will keep you up to date all of our in gym happenings, calendar events, need to know updates, New members to watch out for, PRs, Recipes, etc.

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Bench Press x 5 reps

B. In teams of three, with only one member working at each station at any one time, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Station 1 – 500 Meter Row
Station 2 – 20 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups
Station 3 – Rest

Fitness-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes (5 sets):
Floor Press x 5 reps

B. In teams of two, with only one member working at each station at any one time, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Station 1 – 30/20 Kcal Assault Bike
Station 2 – 10 Pull-Ups
Station 3 – 15 Push-Ups (PERFECT)

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

A. Ben’s Programming

B. In teams of three, with only one member working at each station at any one time, perform as many rounds and reps as possible in 20 minutes of:
Station 1 – 400 Meter Row
Station 2 – 10 Jumping Chest to Bar Pull-Ups + Negative (or Supinated RRs)
Station 3 – Rest
