CROSSFIT CLASSES:
Performance-
A. Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets), for times:
50 Double-Unders
15 Push Presses (115/75 lbs)
15 Back Squats (115/75 lbs)
400 Meter Run

A. Every 8 minutes, for 40 minutes (5 sets), for times:

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
A. 4 sets
1 – 8-12 Incline Dumbbell Bench (42X1)- if you are able to hit 12 with good form, go up in weight
2 – Max reps ring rows 22X0 (set ends when tempo is broken)
3 – Side Bridge Powel Raise (hold a side bridge while you do 8 powel raises at 21×2 tempo)
Rest 1-2 min between each exercise
- Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets), for times:
20 DUs
10 DB Push Presses
10 DB Front Rack Squats
300 Meter Run
