We are entering Week 6 of a 6 week cycle. Which means we will be testing.
You will see the following this week:
2 Benchmark WOD’s…Annie and Grace!
Max effort attempts will be tested in:
Front Squat, Squat snatch, Squat Clean, Shoulder Press, Back Squat, Dead Lift and Power Clean.
Please do your best to make it into class this week, it will be a very fun week of testing especially for our newer members who are looking to get some one rep maxes recorded… Keep in mind we have a modified holiday schedule. Check ZenPlanner if you are unsure when classes will be held.
