CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance/Fitness-

A. Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) for times:

Row 1000 Meters

9 Toes to Bar (Sub = 18 sit-ups)

12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-Ups (Sub = 10 Elevated RRs)

15 Strict Handstand Push-Ups (Sub= 15 Seated DB Presses)

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Every 10 minutes, for 40 minutes (4 sets) for times:

Run 1200 Meters (two big loops)

9 Toes to Bar (Sub = 18 sit-ups)

12 Pull-Ups (Sub = 10 Elevated RRs)

15 Handstand Push-Ups (Sub= 15 Seated DB Presses)
