Come on out to relax, celebrate finishing the My Zone Challenge and enjoy a few drinks with your fellow Stapleton CrossFitters!

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

A.

Front squat – 10, 10, 10, 10, 10

Rest 3 minutes between sets. Build over the course of the sets to today’s heaviest set of 10.

B.
4 rounds – for total repetitions
2 min AMRAP – Double unders
2 min AMRAP – Burpees

Notes
-Mashup from recent CrossFit.com
-Part B. is 16 minutes total
-Burpee standards are full hip extension with a jump and overhead clap.
