Ohh yeah! The 2015 MyZone Challenge is heating up! Take a look at the most recent leaderboard – looks like your hard work both inside AND outside of the gym is really paying off! Several athletes have now hit the goal of earning more than 3,000 MEPs! Steph W., Jason A., Leslie G., and TMoney!

A1) Front Squat 3,3,3,3; Rest :30
A2) Max Effort strict Pull ups x 4; Rest 2:00-3:00 (MAX)
B1) KB SWINGS 3  x 20 reps (no rest)
B2) Plank hold     3 x 60 seconds (no rest)
“Finisher”
Row 500 Meters
25 burpees over the ERG
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

WOD – Squatting Annie!
50, 40, 30, 20, 10 for Time
DUs (sub for this will be mountain climbers)
Abmat situps (anchored)
Air Squats
MyZone: Yellow/Red

– Rest 3-4 minutes… then…

4 Rounds for Time:
6 KB Squat Clean Thrusters (55/35)
12 Toes-to-Bar (sub knees to elbows, knees to chest)
MyZone: Sprint/Red
