Station 3 – 60 Double-Unders
Station 4 – 15 Burpee Box Jump-Overs

Station 1 – .5 Mile Assault Bike
Station 2 – 100ft Walking Lunges (BW)
Station 3 – 60 DUs (or 120 Singles)
Station 4 – 15 Burpees
