Bootcamp Update!!

SUNDAY BOOTCAMP IS MAKING ITS WAY BACK OUTSIDE ONCE AGAIN

WHAT: SUNDAY BOOTCAMP CLASS SUMMER SCHEDULE 

WHEN: 8AM (back 30 minutes from our usual start time) 

WHERE: CENTRAL PARK SOCCER FIELDS (right in the center!) 

WHY: LETS GET OUTSIDE THE BOX AND HAVE SOME PARK FUN! 

Starting on Sunday June 17th (YES – Fathers Day!) we will be moving Sunday Bootcamp RX back outside to the Central Park soccer fields. 

Many of our know and LOVE this time of year. For those of you who are new to CFS this year – get excited. 

Starting on June 17th – EVERY Sunday (this summer) from 8AM-9AM (we are bumping class back 30 minutes in an attempt to beat the summer heat!) we will be meeting for Sunday Bootcamp on the soccer fields at Central Park!!! There will be NO class held at the gym on these days. 

Bring your friends/family/etc.. these summer Sunday classes are completely FREE! 

Prepare to hit the hills & stairs, as well as train in a very ‘tough mudder’ kind of way while on the fields. We will have equipment at the fields ready for you to play with each and every Sunday. 

THIS Sunday’s class will still be at 8:30 in the gym!!!
