We are starting a new comp class for everyone who wants to compete and plan to possibly train for a Regional team next year.
The classes will focus on skills, testing and also combine some team WODs. This class is limited to 15 athletes and will require a sign in every week.
Each week the class will be built for the number of athletes register for class.
If you sign up and are a no-show, you will be charged $15.
