Newer Folks Will do the Following:
A) Back Squat 4 Sets x 8-10 Reps; Rest 3 (Make the last 2 sets challenging)
B) Press 4 Sets x 8-10 Reps; Rest 3 (Make the last 2 sets challenging)
C)Deadlift 4 Sets x 8-10 Reps; Rest 3 (Make the last 2 sets challenging)
