Squat Clean 3-3-3-1-1-1 Rest 2-3 between

4 Rounds for Time:

  • 5 Tough Power Cleans (Touch N’Go style)  70% of 1 RM 
  • 10 Burpee Pull ups (Sub 10 Burpee Box Jumps if not able to do pull ups)
  • Run OR Row 250 M

Post highest load for squat clean and METCON Time
