We did it!! 5 Weeks, 5 WODS! 

CONGRATS to everyone in the gym (even those who were not registered!) for completing yet another AMAZING Open Season. Wasn’t that so so fun?????!

HAPPY HOUR + MOVIE NIGHT 

Now, it is time to CELEBRATE. We are going to have a Friday Night MOVIE NIGHT + HAPPY HOUR this Friday at 6PM – right at the box! 

Our Keg will be FULL – but if you would like to bring yourself something special – please do. 

When: Friday March 30th at 6PM 

Where: The BootcampRX Room 

Why: We need to celebrate our completion of the 2018 Open 

What Movie: The Redeemed and The Dominate: Fittest On Earth (the NEW CrossFit Games Documentary) 

Please join us for a night a fun!! You DO NOT need to have been registered for the open to attend this Movie Night + Happy Hour. ALL are more than welcome. 

 

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Every 3 minutes, for 24 minutes (8 sets):
Deadlift
*Set 1 – 5 reps @ 70%
*Set 2 – 5 reps @ 75%
*Set 3 – 3 reps @ 80%
*Set 4 – 2 rep @ 85%
*Sets 5-8 – 1 rep @ 90%

 

B. In teams of three, perform three sets each for time of:
Row 500 Meters

– If you don’t have partners for this, rest twice as long as it took you to row and note your times for all three sets.

B. In teams of three, perform three sets each for time of:
Row 500 Meters

– If you don’t have partners for this, rest twice as long as it took you to row and note your times for all three sets.

A. 7min AMRAP:

20 Double Unders

10 Ball Slams

5 OH walking lunges (10 total steps) w/ slam ball

 

B. In teams of three, perform three sets each for time of:
Run 600 Meters

  • If you don’t have partners for this, rest twice as long as it took you to run and note your times for all three sets.
