CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

A. OHS build to a max

20min AMRAP  
Run 400m
bear crawl 50m
burpee broad jump 25m

 

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

Interval WOD 
5 sets – 2 minute rest between each set all out sprint

150 M sprint
15 Goblet squats ( 35lb)
10 hand release pushups
10 burpee box jumps( step ups)
