Workout of the Day

Overhead Squat
Find your 1 rep max.
A) OHS Build to a 1 RM in 15 Reps-not including warm up sets
then
Back Squat
Find your 1 rep max.
B) Back Squat Build to a 1 RM in 15 Reps-not including warm up sets
(3 attempts at 1 RM and shut ‘er down).
then
METCON
A.M.R.A.P. 10
10 OHS 95#/65# or 50% 1 RM
50 Meter Farmers Carry/Shuffle 55#/35# (each hand)
10 Thrusters 95#/65#
(Alternate between Thruster and OHS movement each time you finish Farmer shuffle)
