The Theme this month is Indian Cuisine.

The event will be held at The DiPretoros’s Home on Saturday March 14th from 6pm-10pm.

The Cost will be $85/Couple (or 2 friends- $42.50/person)

Indian Menu

Starter

– Vegetable Samosas (Served with a spicy green chutney)
– Mixed Vegetable Pakora (Served with mango chutney)

Main

– Chicken Curry
– Cauliflower Bhaji with Potatoes
– Boiled Rice
– Freshly made Nan

Dessert

– Phirni ground rice pudding

CROSSFIT CLASSES: 

Fitness and Performance

A. Four sets of:

Single Arm Press x 8-10 reps each arm

– Rest 2-3 minutes

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 Push Presses (95/65 lbs)

10 Alternating Overhead Reverse Lunges (95/65 lbs)

10 Burpees Over the Barbell

 

C. Every minute, on the minute, for 6 minutes:

Minute 1 – Lean Away Pull-Ups x 3-4 reps @ 4111

Minute 2 – Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Carry x 25 yards each arm

 

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS: 

Interval WOD5 sets… AFAP:

25 DU’s (sub mountain climbers)

10 Goblet Squats (55/35)

10 Pushups

10 KB Swings (55/35)

Rest 2 minutes
