THE FINAL WEEK ! 

We have conquered hydration, we have SLEPT, we have gone dairy free… are you ready for things to get REAL?!

Starting Monday we will be going Booze Free ! It is JUST 5 days. We can do it! 

If you can gut through these final 5 days alcohol free you will receive 10 FULL bonus points. This is VERY worth it! Lets close this challenge on a strong note. 

We will be taking measurements ALL WEEK during open gym Monday-Friday NEXT week (5/28-6/1). Keep an eye on the blog and the May Challenge Facebook page for details.

MARK YOUR CALENDARS – Our Finale Partaayyyy will be Saturday 6/2 at Noon at Aviator Pool (weather pending). We will celebrate the close of the May challenge and welcome summer with a good ol’ fashioned pool party! We will crown our winners (male/female), swing, drink beers, and enjoy each other’s company!

Performance-

A. Take 20 minutes to build to today’s 1-RM Bench Press

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Strict Handstand Push-Ups
10 Ring Dips
15 Push-Ups
30 Double-Unders

5 x 5 Bench/Floor Press (slight # increases each set)

 

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
5 Pike off the Box (or L Seated DB Presses)

15 Box Push-Ups
:30 DU Attempts (or 90 singles)
