– Register on the whiteboard (both competitors and volunteers)!

– This is a GREAT competition for first time competitors …

– Looking for volunteers!!

 

CROSSFIT CLASSES:

Performance-

A. Take 15-20 minutes and build to a heavy, but not necessarily 1-RM Clean

B. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times of:
30/20 Calories of Assault Bike
9 Power Cleans (185/135 lbs)
(Post times for all three sets – e.g., 1:36/1:44/1:57)

Fitness-

A. Take 15-20 minutes and build to cycle –

3 x 8 Power Cleans

 B. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes (3 sets) for times of:
20/15 Calories of Assault Bike
9 Hang Power Cleans
(Post times for all three sets – e.g., 1:36/1:44/1:57)

BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:

A. Every 5 minutes, for 25 minutes (5 sets) for times of:
25/20 Calories on the Rowing Machine
15 Burpees
(Post times for all five sets)
