CROSSFIT CLASS:
A1. Front Squat – 8, 8, 8, 6, 6, 6
A2. Ring Push-Ups – 8, 8, 8, 6, 6, 6 (body parallel to the floor)
8 minute AMRAP
100m Run
8 Pushups (Hand Release)
BOOTCAMP RX CLASS:
For total time:
1 Mile Run
Rest 3min
800m run
Rest 2min
400m run
Then with a partner- AMRAP 10min:
5 Push-ups
10 Squats
15 Sit-ups
P1- Cycles through 1 round
P2- Holds plate overhead (45/35)
– Alternate each round
