Tay’s Paleo Pumpkin Spice Latte Creamer 

8oz Canned Coconut Milk (Full Fat)

8 dates (pitted)

1 teaspoon chia seeds

1-2 teaspoons honey

1/2 cup canned Pumpkin

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ginger

1/2 teaspoon cloves

1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Directions:

Blend all ingredients together in food processor. Add 1 tablespoon (or more!) to your 8oz cup of hot coffee. Whisk in coffee until fully incorporated. Enjoy!

Store extra creamer in an airtight container for up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
