Tabata This”-This article by Dan Jon gives you some insight into Tabata training methodology.

:20 seconds of work followed by :10 seconds of rest x 8 sets

Rest 1 minute between movements

Score is the lowest number recorded in a set. Example Sit ups score 16,15,15,14,13,12,12,8….Score 8 for that movement.
